Hello Again

This was so fun and nostalgic. I always wanted one but did have a clear purple portable phone I thought was so cool. 😂

Those were the days.

From Wikipedia (for all who were as confused as me): The iMac G3 was released as Apple’s new consumer-oriented desktop computer. It was made in 13 colors over its 5 year lifespan, with the original and one of the most iconic being the Bondi Blue seen here. When the iMac was first unveiled, the screen read “Hello (again)” as a nod back to the original Macintosh computer. In conclusion, the iMac’s design made computers more approachable and influenced a wave of translucent designs in the 00s.

I wanted one of those sooooo bad haha. Had an ancient HP box with a giant monitor instead. At least I could add RAM and defrag the thing to keep it running way past it's life expectancy though.

Big ol fancy expensive computer. I used to want one so bad but these days I realize I’d rather spend all my money on getting toys and treats for a fuzzy chinchilla friend ❤️❤️❤️

I couldn't afford that fancy guy... my first attempt was an Amstrad 128kb. 🤣🤣 Sold through Diners Club. I have officially dated myself.
