Nesting

I feel like Nodes is a little like nesting dolls, especially when I'm closing a series of zero-nodes that are one inside the other 🪆 🪆 🪆 (Who knew there was an emoji for that? haha)

Love it!!! A little sad that the largest one didn't have a visible top...

Awwww!

Very nice but the eyes are a little scary to me. I have two of these nesting dolls and their eyes are beautiful.

I think if you opened one more of them there might be a little chinchilla snuggled up in there ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🫳❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love matryoshka! My mum had one when I was little and I was fascinated. I took it apart endlessly. Got a proper Russian one for my own child with 9 pieces and he played with it endlessly too.

Matryoshka! I was remembering I got a set of these as a kid, but mine were Japanese! I just looked them up to see if I remembered correctly, and saw that the artist who designed the first Russian set, carved in the 1890s, was actually inspired by the Japanese version (called fukuruma) someone had brought to Russia. The outer Russian doll represents a mother, with her children inside. The Japanese were "7 lucky gods." You learn something new every day!
