Leopard Spotting

you should have pizza to celebrate!

Same!

I forgot the most important part! The title! LEOPARD SPOTTING is the term used by pizza chefs to describe the perfectly bubbled and charred spots on the crust. These spots on the outer crust are what differentiate any old pizza from an Authentic Neapolitan-style pizza made in a high heat oven. And I have to add, it's an art worth learning (I'm still trying), because it makes what is for me, the very best pizza that can be had. A good tomato sauce, some burrata or mozzarella, a little basil 🤌🙌.

I'm still here! thank you!
