I'm allergic to eggplant (breaks me out in hives), but I'll still eat a few bites of baba ghanoush when I want to live dangerously. Fun puzzle.

For a small amount of nodes (is that the actual name of our individual triangles? 😅) it was tricky and I was convinced I was making a passion fruit! So fun!!! Also a local farm stand has had amazing eggplant all summer, I’ve been cubing, roasting and tossing it with pasta and cannellini beans.

Ooo a passion fruit would be beautiful to solve! I started at the top and thought it was a banana bunch until the first purple triangle- and I had both growing in my yard in Hawaii ( home of Ladybug🌞)

I think the Monday puzzles are the smallest then they get bigger until Sunday when they’re the biggest. Maybe this Sunday we can get a massive 1000+ chinchilla friendo. In the meantime yummo eggplant

Fun for a small one and happy it’s over 300!

Slice them a little thinner, salt them up to get the water out, rinse, dry, a nice egg wash, some salt and pepper, some seasoned bread crumbs, a little vegetable oil... mmm. Ready for adding to a parmagiana, or just for a little snack hot out of the oil! I'm barely "Holding It Together," I want some so much! 😆 I'm going to guess: "Holding It Together" is a visual pun: although the eggplant is in pieces (falling apart), the slices still stay in the eggplant shape (holding it together)? 🤷
